MyBizHRM offers both monthly and annual subscription plans. Our services are subscription-based, and payment is processed at the beginning of each subscription period.
Monthly Subscription: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which you will lose access to the service.
Annual Subscription: For annual subscriptions, cancellation can be made at any time during the subscription period. However, the service will remain active until the end of the annual billing cycle, after which you will not be charged for the next year.
Monthly Subscription: Refunds for monthly subscriptions will not be provided once the payment is made. However, if you believe there has been an error in the billing, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date, and we will review your case.
Annual Subscription: We offer a 14-day refund policy for annual subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 14 days of the purchase, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for annual plans.
